JOB DESCRIPTION: - Manages branch sales force to maximize profits & minimize expenses.
- Ensures the achievment of branch sales/profit goals.
- Assesses area potential & develops anuual branch business plans to ensure development of current business & the addition of new
business.
- Develops & cultivates good customer relations via face-to-face contact.
- Responds to customers' needs consistent with Company standards, culture & business practices.
- Identifies & implements solutions to customers' needs/problems.
- Participates/encourages quality assessment, profitability & improvement activities.
- Generates relevant reports for Field Managers & Company management as needed.
- Analyzes the branch's financial & operational performance, prepares the annual budget & monitors expenses of two ensure compliance with
approved budgetary
constraints.
- Takes corrective action as needed.
- Identifies, develops & implements new value adds for the company.
- Tailors local branch strategy to align with Corporate marketing strategy.
- Utilizes all company direct assets to maximize growth including, but not limited to, other titles, direct mail & call centers.
- Teaches & promotes Company culture.
- Performs all duties inherent in the role of Company manager as defined by the Company Code of Conduct, including hiring, termination,
review & development of associates.
- Drives the Company culture in the branch and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of the Company's mission.
- Participates in special projects & performs additional duties as required.
A mimimum of three years progressively more responsible outside sales experience and a minimum of two years Sales Management experience is required. Travel is 25% (which may include some overnight).
